Shannon Gibb came to Pretrial in 1997 as the Office Manager for Dauphin County Pretrial Services without knowing much about the field or even criminal justice.  With her experience and training, she transitioned to a bail supervisor position and found the work interesting and rewarding. She attended her first PPSA conference in 1999 and joined the Board of Directors in 2001.  She has held several positions over the years and is currently the Vice President.
