Paola Medrano is the Pretrial Services Director and DUI Coordinator for Monroe County Pretrial and DUI Services, a role she has held for the past two years. She has over seven years of experience in the criminal justice field, including extensive prior supervision of DUI, ARD, and Drug Treatment Court cases in Lehigh County Adult Probation. Paola is a certified CRN Evaluator and DUI Instructor, bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings a strong background in evidence-based practices, program development, and DUI education and treatment coordination. In her current role, she oversees daily Pretrial Services operations to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania law, supervises staff, manages grant funding and reporting, develops policies and procedures, and collaborates closely with the courts and community partners. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University.
