Donielle Schuler began her career with Northampton County Pretrial Services in 2009 as a Pretrial Officer. With 17 years of experience in the field of pretrial services, she has served as Deputy Director since 2022. Throughout her career, Donielle has demonstrated a strong commitment to public safety, accountability, and fairness.

As Deputy Director, Donielle plays an integral role in the oversight and daily operations of the department. She works closely with the courts, department leadership, and staff to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of pretrial services. She is dedicated to maintaining high professional standards.

Her extensive experience has provided her with a strong understanding of pretrial practices, court operations, and the complexities of pretrial supervision. In her leadership role, Donielle focuses on supporting and developing staff, encouraging professional growth, and promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, consistency, and teamwork.

Donielle earned an Associate Degree from Montgomery County Community College and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University.

With nearly two decades of experience in pretrial services, Donielle brings valuable knowledge, leadership, and institutional experience to Northampton County Pretrial Services. Her dedication to her staff, the courts, and the individuals served by the department continues to strengthen the department’s mission of providing fair and effective pretrial services.
