Tiffany Ryan has been employed with Cumberland County APO since 1997. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Administration of Justice. She has supervised several caseloads during her employment: DUI, Intensive Supervision, Drug-related, Sex Offender, and PSI writer. She also holds certifications as a CRN and DUI instructor, as well as CBT and ORAS. Cumberland County’s Pre-trial Services began in 2023, and she became the supervisor, in addition to supervising general supervision caseloads.
